These Terms govern access to and use of Mystic Command Center ("the Service"), operated by SAFEX-EU S.R.L. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
Mystic Command Center is a symbolic, reflective tarot experience powered by artificial intelligence. Readings are offered for reflection and entertainment. The Service does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or safety advice, and must not be relied on for such decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Lifetime Access
"Lifetime Access" grants a perpetual, non-transferable licence to use the Service for the commercial lifetime of the Service. It does not guarantee that the Service will remain available indefinitely.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. See our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Service, reverse engineer it, resell readings, scrape it, or use it to harass others or generate unlawful content.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, copy, code, and the Oracle voice are © SAFEX-EU S.R.L. Readings you receive are yours to keep for personal, non-commercial use.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Napoli, Italia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law grants you a different forum.
