EU right of withdrawal
Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of payment, without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed by the Italian Consumer Code, D.Lgs. 206/2005).
Exception — digital content
Because the Service is digital content delivered immediately, by starting to use the Oracle (generating a reading after purchase) you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Discretionary refunds
Even outside the statutory window, we may grant a refund at our discretion if the Service was materially unavailable, charged in error, or if you have not used your Lifetime Access. Contact amministrazione@safexeusrl.com within 30 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days. Once a refund is processed, the corresponding Lifetime Access is revoked.
Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a chargeback with your card issuer will result in the immediate suspension of Lifetime Access pending resolution.
