The scriptorium

Notes on the practice.

A quiet page, kept for those who pause at the doorway before entering.

Is this 'real' tarot?

It is real symbol work. The deck is the traditional 78-card Rider–Waite–Smith structure. The Oracle reads symbolically — never as prediction or prophecy.

How does the Oracle write the reading?

Each reading is composed live by an intelligence tuned to the voice of an old, careful oracle. She reads your question, your spread, and the cards you drew — then writes a reflection meant only for you.

What she will not answer.

Health, legal, financial, or safety questions. She will say so plainly and point you toward someone qualified to help.

Is my question stored?

In the free demo, your question and reading live only in your browser. Sign in to keep a private journal of readings, remembered across devices.

Why no purple, crystals, or fortune-teller imagery?

Because we treat the practice with the dignity it deserves. The temple is dark wood, gold, candlelight, and silence.

Will sound play automatically?

Never. Audio is silent by default. A small rune lets you invite the ambient temple in.

For reflection only. Not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
